Presale Details

Outside Lands offers multiple presale opportunities that take place after the lineup is announced and before the General On Sale.

• The Loyalty Presale and Ranger Presale allow fans to purchase tickets before the General On Sale, following the lineup announcement. 

• To access the Loyalty Presale or Ranger Presale, fans must sign up here.

• Fans who have purchased tickets to Outside Lands or registered a wristband in the past 5 years (2021-2025) automatically qualify for the Loyalty Presale but must sign up for access here. 

• Fans must sign up for the Loyalty Presale before Tuesday, March 3 at 11am PT in order to access the presale.

• Fans must sign up for the Ranger Presale before Tuesday, March 3 at 4pm PT in order to access the presale. 

• A Chase Presale is also available exclusively to Chase cardholders. Signup is not required. Chase Presale tickets are subject to availability.

  A valid Chase debit or credit card is required for purchase. Six ticket maximum per purchaser for Outside Lands. All sales are final. Other restrictions/exclusions may apply. Chase is not responsible for the fulfillment of the offer. Deposit & credit card products provided by JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. Member FDIC.

Presales are the only opportunity to access tickets at the lowest available price tier.

The Loyalty, Ranger and Chase Presales offer early access to tickets before the General On Sale and before prices increase. Each price tier is limited and may sell out during the active presale windows.

The Loyalty Presale begins Tuesday, March 3 at 12pm PT and ends Thursday, March 5 at 11:45am PT. 

• Only fans who purchased an Outside Lands ticket via our official ticketing partner, Front Gate Tickets, or registered a festival wristband between 2021-2025 qualify.

• A presale code is required to purchase. 

• Eligible fans must sign up for your Loyalty Presale code here by Tuesday, March 3 at 11am PT. 

Loyalty Presale codes will be sent via SMS text message the morning of Tuesday, March 3.

The Ranger presale begins Wednesday, March 4 at 12pm PT and runs through Thursday, March 5 at 11:45am PT. 

• A presale code is required to purchase. 

• Anyone can sign up for a Ranger Presale code, but must do so here by Tuesday, March 3 at 4pm PT.

Ranger Presale codes will be sent via SMS text message the morning of Wednesday, March 4.

Yes, a presale code is required for both the Loyalty Presale and Ranger Presale. 

• Sign up here. 

• Presale codes are sent via SMS text message the morning each presale begins.

• Fans who qualify for the Loyalty Presale and sign up will receive the Loyalty Presale code on the morning of Tuesday, March 3.

Fans who sign up but do not qualify for the Loyalty Presale, will receive a separate presale code for the Ranger Presale, which will be sent the morning of Wednesday, March 4.

Yes, a Chase Presale is available exclusively to Chase cardholders. 

• Begins: Tuesday, March 3 at 12pm PT 

• Ends: Thursday, March 5 at 11:45am PT 

• No presale registration required.

• Chase cardholders must use a valid Chase card to purchase tickets.

  • The Loyalty Presale signup is available to past ticket buyers (via the festival’s official ticketing partner, Front Gate Tickets) or wristband registrants from the last five years of Outside Lands (2021 - 2025). 

• Ranger Presale: Fans must sign up by Tuesday, March 3 at 4pm PT.

  • The Ranger Presale signup is available to anyone.

• Chase Presale: No presale registration required. Available to Chase cardholders. Terms and Exclusions apply. Member FDIC.

Yes. Presale tickets are offered at the lowest available price tier. Once that tier sells out, prices will continuously increase as we roll through available tiers.

• Loyalty Presale signups and Chase cardholders will receive first access on March 3 at 12pm PT.

• Ranger Presale signups will gain access on March 4 at 12pm PT.

• The General On Sale begins on March 5 at 12pm PT.

Yes! New for this year, the lineup will be announced before presales begin, allowing fans to see the lineup before purchasing tickets.

Yes, 3-Day Payment Plans are available for all ticket types starting at $99 down. Visit the Tickets page to learn more.

To maximize your chances of securing the ticket type you want, we strongly recommend signing up for a presale and purchasing as early as possible. While most 3-Day tickets are available during the presale windows, any remaining inventory will be released during the General On Sale. However, please note that if presales sell out, additional tickets during the General On Sale will be subject to limited availability.

The Loyalty Presale and Chase Presale are open for the same windows of time - so you can choose either one!
